The Kids Elementary Coordinator leads and oversees Zion Kids Elementary (K–5), partnering with the Next Gen Director to build Spirit‑led Sunday environments, develop volunteer leaders, and equip families as the primary disciplers of their children. This role ensures K–5 ministry—including Junior Leadership Program, Best Buddies, and Guest Experience—operates with excellence and helps raise a generation who live, love, and look like Jesus.
The Communications & Content Coordinator leads Zion’s communication strategy by building systems, teams, and creative workflows that amplify the church’s mission and strengthen discipleship pathways. Working across ministries and creative partners, this role ensures Zion’s message is communicated consistently, beautifully, and effectively—helping people connect with Jesus, community, and purpose. Their success is measured by the environment they build, where people and processes thrive in telling the story of God’s work at Zion.
