The Kids Elementary Coordinator leads and oversees Zion Kids Elementary (K–5), partnering with the Next Gen Director to build Spirit‑led Sunday environments, develop volunteer leaders, and equip families as the primary disciplers of their children. This role ensures K–5 ministry—including Junior Leadership Program, Best Buddies, and Guest Experience—operates with excellence and helps raise a generation who live, love, and look like Jesus.
The Campus Experience Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and readiness of Zion Church’s campus, ensuring facilities are safe, organized, ministry-ready, and supportive of an excellent Sunday and event experience.
